Due to the nature and volume of electronic filing, the Court cannot redact documents that are electronically filed. Please be advised that it is the sole responsibility of the filer to ensure all documents are properly redacted prior to transmission. Information that should be redacted includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, and other sensitive information.

Allows people to generate legal forms for selected matters by completing on-line interviews. Forms may be submitted electronically to participating courts, or printed for filing at the counter or by mail. An on-line account may be created to save interviews for later completion. |

Provides the option to file legal documents electronically through an Efiling Service Provider to the court (efiling) in Civil, Family, Probate, Criminal, Traffic, Juvenile Delinquency and Juvenile Dependency cases. |
