Installment Payments

If you need time to pay your ticket, payment plans are available through California Service Bureau. You must be referred by the Court for a payment plan before you can begin making payments. There is also a $35.00 administrative fee. Come to the traffic front counter to receive your referral and further information.

NOTE: New fees go into effect on January 1, 2006.

JURY FEES

Jury fees in civil cases (Limited and Unlimited Jurisdictions), including prospective jurors shall be paid by litigants.  Party demanding the jury trial must deposit the fees with the Clerk of the Court at least twenty-five (25) days prior to trial (Failure to deposit constitutes a Waiver)

  • Proceedings are dismissed or trial by jury is waived after deposit
  • Case set for trial is settled, written dismissal or notice of settlement is filed five or fewer days prior to assigned trial date.

COURT REPORTER FEES

1.

Napa Local Rule 2.14.

Court Reporter fees must be deposited in either the Civil Division, Historic Courthouse, 1st Floor or in the Criminal Division of the Criminal Courts Building, 1st Floor. For mailing, send to Napa Superior Court, 825 Brown Street or 1111 Third Street, Napa 94559 for the estimated length, prior to the hearing or trial.

More than one hour, each party shall deposit their pro-rata share of $165.00.

More than four hours, each party shall deposit their pro-rata share $330.00.
