How to Schedule a Family Law Case

Family Law hearings, in which at least one party is represented by an attorney, are heard each Monday at 8:30 a.m. in Department A, Historic Courthouse. Family Law hearings for self-represented parties are heard each Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in Department N, Historic Courthouse. Civil Domestic Violence hearings for self-represented parties are heard each Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in Department N.

Required forms are available at the Civil Division Clerks's Office, First Floor, (707) 299-1230, where completed forms are also filed so that a hearing can be scheduled.
