If you have been directed to complete work program as part of a court ordered sentence, you must first appear at the Post Court Services Division of the Napa Superior Court, 1111 Third Street, 1st Floor, Napa, CA (707) 299-1181 to complete the referral paperwork. You will be given a list of locations where the work can be performed as well as a compliance date. Failure to appear at Post Court Services, the assigned agency or failure to complete the time ordered could result in a warrant for your arrest.

If you have been ordered by the court to pay a fine and you feel that you do not have sufficient funds, you may be referred to the work program to work off a portion of your fine. You must first appear at Post Court Services to complete the initial paperwork. Then, you will be directed to the California Service Bureau where you will be asked to fill out financial documents. This will assist that agency in determining if you are eligible to complete work in lieu of fine payments.
