The Criminal Filing Division
is responsible for filing Criminal Complaints submitted by the District
Attorney’s Office. In addition court staff provides information
about Court dates, appearance requirements, fine information, warrants,
and record searches.
Our regular office hours are
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Alternatives
for Better Living Program - Our program is provided as
a service to the courts and to you.
Fine
and Fees - A fine ordered by the court is payable immediately
and in full. However, the court can order a referral to the California
Service Bureau who will make arrangements for monthly payments.
Drinking
Driver Program - The Post Court Services Division of the
Napa Superior Court, 1111 Third Street, 1st Floor, Napa, CA (707) 299-1181,
provides a referral service to agencies such as the Drinking Driver
Program.
Expungements
- 1203.4. (a) In any case in which a defendant has fulfilled the conditions
of probation for the entire period of probation, or has been discharged
prior to the termination of the period of probation, or in any other
case in which a court, in its discretion and the interests of justice,
determines that a defendant should be granted the relief available under
this section.
Work
Program - If you have been directed to complete work program
as part of a court ordered sentence, you must first appear at the Post
Court Services Division of the Napa Superior Court, 1111 Third Street, 1st Floor,
Napa, CA (707) 299-1181 to complete the referral paperwork.
