For OUR visitors with disabilities

The Napa County Superior Court makes
all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of citizens with impairments
or disabilities. Special requests for ADA accommodations can be made by
contacting the Court’s ADA Coordinator at (707) 299-1138. To submit a special request please complete Form MC-410, Request for Accommodations by Persons with Disabilities.
Wheelchair Access
Exterior ramps are available at
the Historic Courthouse and Criminal Courts Buildings. Entrances at
other court facilities
are at street level.
Auditory Impairments
Each courtroom is equipped
with a Phonic Ear® Personal
FM System. The wireless receivers will allow a person to sit anywhere
in the courtroom and hear the proceedings. Persons who do or do not
have hearing aids may use them. Should you wish to use this assistive
listening device, just ask the court attendant or bailiff.
Parking
All public parking lots and structures adjacent to court facilities
have accessible parking spaces. The structures also have elevators. Below
